Lo mejor del 3D es poder crear, en tu pequeño universo, cualquier cosa que quieras... desde planetas hasta hormigas. Esta vez necesitaba un lugar de paz... aquí esta mi pequeño rincón.

The best of 3D es being able to create, in your own wold, whatever thing that you want... from planets to ants. This time I needed a peace place... here is my little place.

Dominando el 3D / Training 3D

Mientras termino un proyecto que pronto vereis, os dejo aqui un pequeño escenario que he hecho. Es una parte de mi casa de Alemania en 3D. Espero estar mejorando, ¿Qué opinais? :)

While I finish a proyect that you will be able to see soon, here I leave a small stage that I have made. It´s a part of my Germany´s house made in 3D. I hope to be improving, what do you think about? :)

Dejo aquí esta segunda version. Personamente me gusta mas la primera, ¿Cual pensais que es la mejor?

Personaje 3D / 3D Character

¡Bienvenidos a todos de nuevo a mi blog! ¡Aunque estos ultimos meses lo he tenido abandonado, tengo una buena excusa! Se llama 3D. 

Este es el primer resultado de mis estudios en Alemania. He descubierto que el 3D me apasiona y creo que seguiré creando obra en este campo.  Os presento al camaleon equilibrista. 

Welcome back to my blog! Although this last few months I´ve had the blog lost, I have a great excuse! Called 3D.

This is the first successful outcome of my studies in Germany. I´ve discovered that I love 3D and I think I will continue making proyects in this field. I present you the juggler chameleon.

Señoras y caballeros, finalmente he terminado la ilustración que en la anterior entrada os mostraba a media. Entre mis vacaciones y una dificultad que no predije, ha llevado mas tiempo del esperado. Aquí la tenéis, junto a una versión diferente. Espero que os guste.

Ladies and gentlemen, I have finally finished the illustration in the previous post I showed average. Between my holydays and a difficult that I didn´t predict, it has taken more time than I expected. Here you have it, along with a different version. Hope you like.

Ilustración en proceso / Illustration in progress

Hace unos días, un amigo (Aitor Fernández) me recordó el motivo por el que decidí hacer la carrera de Bellas Artes: el diseño de personajes para videojuegos.

En cuanto llegué a casa empecé a dibujar hasta que conseguí un diseño que me convenció



A few days ago, a friend (Aitor Fernández) reminded me why I decided to get a degree in Fine Arts: the character design for video games.

As I got home I began to draw until I got a design that convinced me

Como para la imagen acabada aún queda, os muestro su estado actual, ya que podéis ver partes terminadas, como las 3 patas de la izquierda y el centro inferior o, por el contrario, partes aun en boceto, como todo lo demás.

As for the finished image needs still time, I show its current state, as you can see finished parts, such as the 3 legs on the left and the bottom center or, conversely, parts even in outline, like other everything else.

Os dejo también planos detalle de las partes ya acabadas (aunque siempre queda algún repaso). Al haber trabajado centímetro a centímetro, las ampliaciones a este nivel no destruyen por completo la estética. Debemos tener en cuenta que es una imagen de 300 px, con lo que estos detalles en comparación con la totalidad de la imagen son pequeños.

I leave also close-ups of parts already finished (although it needs always a review). Having worked inch by inch, extensions to this level don´t destroy the aesthetic. We should note that is an image of 300 px, so that these details compared to the entire image are small.

En la siguiente imagen ya podéis ver la relación entre las partes esbozadas (que espero acabar en las próximas semanas, sea como sea) y las terminadas.

In the next image you already can see the relationship between the outlined parts  (which I hope to finish in the coming weeks, whatever it is) and finished parts.

Aun faltando todo el escenario (que lo podéis ver en la primera imagen) así como gran parte del cuerpo, no podía esperar para enseñarlo. Por favor, comentad todo lo que queráis, pues ya no se necesita de cuenta, únicamente escribir y publicar.

¡A Dios pongo por testigo que gastaré mis horas de sueño para que podáis verla terminada cuanto antes!

Even missing the whole scenario (which you can see it in the first image) as well as much of the body, I could´n wait to show it. Please, comment all you want, because you don´t need an account now, only write and publish.

Pequeño proyecto 3D / Small 3D Proyect

Para continuar con mi investigación y aprendizaje, he probado a crear algo más complejo, pues, poco a poco, aprendo a dominar las formas virtuales que se pueden llegar a esculpir. Realmente me gusta pensar que se trata de otra realidad, y que en ella puedo construir todo aquello que desee.

Lo que vais a ver esta basado en el puente de San Francisco, con la diferencia de que en mi obra, la conexión es imposible. Por ello, dejo a vuestra interpretación, todo aquello que hace que dos elementos no se unan, y que queda representado mediante este puente. ¿De que vale si no puede conectar nada?



To continue with my research and learning, I tried to create something more complex, then, gradually, I´m learning to master the ways you can get virtual sculpting. I really like to think that this is another reality, and in it, I can build anything I want.

What you will see is based on the bridge of San Francisco, with the difference that in my work, connection is impossible. So I leave it to your interpretation, all that makes two elements come together, and that is represented by this bridge. What is worth nothing if you can not connect?

Practicando 3D / Practicing 3D

Tras el calentamiento con la ilustración, he decidido probar el 3D. Hace poco me pidieron que diseñara un personaje para el videojuego "Robotitos", de estética divertidad, despreocupada y con un toque infantil, acorde al publico al que iba dirigido. Esta fue mi propuesta para el grupo Human Pride Lab. Espero que os guste.

After warming with the illustration, I have decided to try 3D. I was recently asked to design a character for the videogame "Robotitos", with a fun aesthetic, carefree and with a child touch, according to  the public that was directed. this is my proposalfor the group Human Pride Lab. I hope you like it.

Carmen Jose, amiga y gran ilustradora, me pidió que realizara una ilustración. Se trata de una obra que tenía como propósito mostrar España desde el interior. La obra se expondrá en Alemania, con lo que los estereotipos españoles son un buen elemento de cohesion. Sin más preámbulos os dejo con la ilustración.

Carmen Jose, friend and a great illustrator, asked me to create an illustration. This is a work that was designed to show Spain from the inside. La maleta del viaje / The case of travel

Señores y señoras estamos orgullosos de poder anunciar que "La maleta del viaje" por fin esta activa. Se trata de un colectivo que hemos creado para ilustrar vuestra historias. Podeis mandarnos relatos cortos acerca de cualquier cosa (vacaciones, amorios, historias graciosas....), lo que se os ocurra.
Nosotros haremos una ilustración en formato postal. Animaos y dejadnos muchos relatos.

El Reino de Eos / Kingdom of Eos

Como había dicho, mi propuesta para la exposición de León, estaba compuesta por 5 ilustraciones y un video. Este último, en mi opinión, merece una entrada a parte.

Para continuar con el estudio del entorno, esta animación, compuesta por 350 dibujos, relaciona diferentes tipos de "ruinas". Las claves para entenderlo son la bulimia y la ruina como elemento de construcción obsoleto.

As I said, my proposal for the exhibition of Leon, was composed of 5 illustrations and a video. This last work, in my opinion, deserve an entry apart.

To continue the study of the environment, this animation, consisting of 350 drawings, relates different types of "ruins". The key is to understand bulimia and debris as building obsolete.

Exposición en Leon / Exhibition in Leon

Tengo mi primera exposición en la ciudad de León. Bajo el nombre de "Bunker145", estará abierta del 23 al 27 de julio. Invito a todo aquel que pueda asistir, a ver las obras de todos los que hemos decidido exponer y pasar unos dias en esta bonita ciudad en la que el tapeo consigue otro significado.

I have my first exhibition in the city of Leon. Under the name "Bunker145", the exhibition will be opened from 23th to 27th July. I invite anyone to attend, and see the works of those who have decided to present and spend some days in this beautiful city where tapas get another meaning.

En mi caso, he decidido exponer 5 ilustraciones y una obra en video. Estas son mis propuestas.

Con cada obra intento jugar con el espacio urbano que nos rodea, relacionandolo con nosotros de muy diversas formas.

Hoy inauguro mi primer blog artístico. Espero y deseo que os guste, asi como las obras que vereis. Y, como dicen, lo bueno, si breve, dos veces bueno; aqui termino mi presentación para comenzar con la primera entrada.
